Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We value our instructors' time and aim to provide the best scheduling opportunities for all students. Our cancellation and attendance policy is as follows: Clients may cancel or reschedule lessons up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. No-call, no-show for a scheduled lesson will be noted in the client’s file. We are understanding if plans change/emergencies occur, life can be unpredictable! Just let us know in advance if you are not able to make it to your lesson, we can always reschedule. After two (2) no-call, no-show incidents in a 4 month period, the client will forfeit the right to a refund for any missed classes thereafter, and no refunds will be issued for those missed lessons. Consistent no-shows may result in removal from the class roster or suspension from future scheduling at the discretion of management.
